How to Start a Return

Have your order number, style number, color, and quantity ready. Our team will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you ship anything back.

Damaged or Flawed Products

Please send us photos of any damage, and mark flaws with tape when possible. This helps us improve quality.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

Mistakes

If we made a mistake, we'll cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

  • Report missing or damaged items within 72 hours.

Refunds
