PostHog may collect page interactions, session-level diagnostics, device and browser metadata, referrer and campaign parameters, and masked session replay data on high-intent pages.

4. How We Share Your Personal Information

We configure analytics and replay collection to mask text inputs by default and to exclude sensitive payment, address, password, and freeform message content from replay capture. PostHog's use of information is governed by their privacy policy.

Business Transfers: In connection with a potential merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business. We will notify you before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies required for the basic functionality of our Site. These cookies help us to:

We rely on reputable third parties like Stripe for secure handling of sensitive payment data. We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy (e.g., process orders, maintain account information, analytics) and to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order information is generally retained unless you request its deletion via your dashboard or by contacting us.

We respect your rights over your Personal Information under Canadian law (PIPEDA):

Access, Correction, and Deletion: You can view, manage, update, and delete much of your Personal Information directly through your user account dashboard on the Site.
Further Rights: You also have the right to request access to information not available in your dashboard, request correction of any inaccuracies, or request deletion where applicable (subject to legal limitations).
Withdraw Consent: Where applicable (e.g., if you subscribed to optional marketing emails in the future), you can withdraw consent. For essential processing (like orders), withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide the service.
